Berry Apple Fruit Crumble for Air Fryer

Ingredients

½ cup frozen berries of your choice
1 apple, diced
5 tbsp brown rice flour
½ tsp cinnamon, ground
2 tbsp vegan butter
2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions

Combine the diced apple and berries in an Air Fryer-safe baking pan.
(You can purchase one here).

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, butter and sugar.

Cover the fruit with the mixture.

Preheat the airfryer to 350° for 5 minutes

Place the pan in the Air Fryer and cook for 15 minutes.


Flourless Chocolate Almond Cupcakes

Flourless Chocolate Almond Cupcakes

Ingredients

½ cup almond flour
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp of your preferred butter
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
cup chocolate chips
½ tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Cupcake liners
(Optional) Slivered almonds

Directions

Preheat air fryer to 320°

Melt the chocolate chips by heating over a double boiler.

Mix the melted chocolate chips with the butter, maple syrup or honey, and stir until they’re well blended. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.

Add almond flour, egg, vanilla extract and salt to the mixture, stir well.

Add mix to individual cupcake liners, only filling about ⅔ of the liner.

Place the cupcake liners carefully in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re spread out. You can cook more at the same time by using an air fryer rack and topping it with a grill mesh or mat to even out the surface.

Bake for 8 - 12 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. If not fully cooked, continue to bake in 3-4 minute intervals.

(OPTIONAL) Top with slivered almonds.


Crispy Avocado Pineapple Tacos

Crispy Avocado Pineapple Tacos

Ingredients

1 avocado
¼ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup bread crumbs
1 large egg, whisked
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
4 tortillas (we prefer corn tortillas for a more authentic taste)
2 limes
½ cup cilantro, finely chopped
Pineapple Sauce/Salsa
SALSA INGREDIENTS
1 cup Crushed Pineapple
1 Tomato, chopped
½ Red Bell Pepper, chopped
½ Cup Onion – finely chopped
1 Clove garlic, minced
A pinch of salt

Directions

PREP
Place the flour in a bowl.

Use a separate bowl for the whisked egg.

Set a third bowl for the bread crumbs, salt and pepper.

Prepare an Air Fryer-Safe cooking pan with non-stick oil or parchment paper.

STEPS
Preheat your air fryer to 375° F.

Combine all Pineapple Sauce ingredients, place in the fridge.

Open the avocado and remove it. Cut into 4 equal sides length-wise. Remove the skin.

Dip each avocado slice first in the flour, then egg, and finally in the crumbs.

Place each slice on the prepared cooking pan.

Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping each slice at the 5 minute mark, until lightly browned.

Heat up tortillas in the Air Fryer for 1-2 minutes.

Place 2 avocado slices in each tortilla. Drizzle the pineapple salsa on top. Top it off with squeezed lime and cilantro.


Crispy Air Fryer Falafel with Tahini Sauce

Crispy Air Fryer Falafel with Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

FOR THE TAHINI SAUCE
1 cup plain yoghurt
½ cup Tahini or 1 tsp Tahini paste
1 whole Lemon juice
1 tbsp Olive oil
¼ cup hot water (optional)
FOR THE FALAFEL
2 cups dried chickpeas, soaked overnight
1 medium onion, roughly chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup cilantro
¾ cup fresh parsley
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 ½ tsp salt
Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

STEPS
Put all the Falafel ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until mixture comes together in a rough paste consistency. Do not overmix.

Shape the falafel into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter.

Lightly spray your air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.

Place falafel balls in the basket, making sure they do not touch. You can use a Pyramid Mat set like these ones to prevent the balls from rolling around and sticking together while cooking.

Fry at 370° F (187° C) for 10 to 15 minutes while flipping halfway through the cook time.

Falafel is done when crisp and golden brown.

STEPS FOR THE TAHINI SAUCE
Combine all the ingredients for the Tahini sauce in a bowl and mix until well combined. If the sauce is too thick, thin it out by gradually adding hot water until consistency is easily spreadable.

Serve Crispy Falafels with the Tahini sauce, flatbreads, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, pickled onions, and salad.


Black Bean Burger

Ingredients

1 ⅓ cups gluten-free old fashioned oats
16 oz black beans, drained
½ tsp salt
2 tsp garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder, if you have a gluten-free option)
½ cup onion, chopped
½ corn
½ avocado, mashed
1 tsp gluten-free chili powder (OPTIONAL)

Directions

PREP
Rinse and dry the black beans to allow the burger to hold its shape better.

STEPS
Put the oats in a food processor, pulse until partially chopped.

Add the rest of the ingredients (except the corn) pulse until well blended.

Place the mixture into a bowl and add the corn. Mix well.

Form six patties. Refrigerate for 15 - 30 minutes.

Preheat your air fryer to 350° F.

Prep your air fryer basket to prevent the patties from sticking. You can use our air fryer parchment paper liners sold here.

Place the patties in your air fryer, keeping some space between them. Make sure they don’t overlap. For cooking more patties at the same time, you can use a double layering rack like these ones.

Air Fry at 350° for 10 minutes, flipping them at the 5 minute mark, or until done. If more time is needed, continue to Air Fry in 2-4 minute increments.


Air Fryer Zucchini Fries

Air Fryer Zucchini Fries

Ingredients

1 large zucchini
2 eggs beaten
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp smoked Paprika
¼ cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
Salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
Cooking oil spray

Directions

Prepare zucchini fries by cutting zucchini into ½-inch sticks.

Place eggs, flour, and breadcrumbs on three separate bowls.

Season flour with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.

Toss Parmesan cheese into breadcrumbs.

Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.

Dip the zucchini into the flour, egg, and then breadcrumbs and place in the air fryer. To cook less messy and to make cleaning easier, you can use parchment paper like these ones onto your basket and use it with any of the racks sold here to cook more at once.

Pre-heat the air fryer to 400º F and fry for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Serve zucchini fries with your favorite dipping sauce


Air Fryer Onion Rings

Ingredients

1 Large Onion
1 cup All-purpose flour
1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 egg (beaten)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Cooking oil spray

Directions

Cut the stems off both sides of the onion. Cut and separate onion into ½-inch thick round rings. Set aside.

Prepare 3 shallow bowls or deep plates.

In the first bowl, combine all-purpose flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

In the second bowl, combine buttermilk and egg, then gradually add ¼ cup of flour mixture from the first bowl and stir to combine.

In the third bowl, add panko breadcrumbs.

Using a fork, dredge each ring in this order: FLOUR MIXTURE, BUTTERMILK MIXTURE, and BREADCRUMBS.

Freeze the coated onion rings for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the air fryer to 375º F.

Lightly spray the air fryer container with oil and place frozen onion rings (be careful not to stack them. To save time and energy, you can use a rack like any of these ones to create a second layer, and if you need to cook more at the same time, you can create a third layer by using one of these stackable racks bundles..

Fry for 10-12 minutes. Flip halfway if necessary.

Carefully lift your onion rings and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.


Air Fryer Margherita Pizza

Air Fryer Margherita Pizza

Ingredients

Pizza dough of your choice (a 12-inch pizza dough can make 2 personal-sized pizzas)
Mozzarella Cheese
Tomato sauce of your choice (Can be store-bought or homemade).
Oil of your choice (We prefer Olive or Avocado Oil).
Fresh Basil
Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat your Air Fryer to 375° F.

Prep your Air Fryer Basket to prevent the pizza from sticking. You can use our air fryer parchment paper liners sold here.

Mold the pizza dough to fit your Air Fryer Basket.

Place the dough inside the Air Fryer Basket.

Brush oil onto the dough, about a teaspoon.

Spoon the tomato sauce onto the dough, creating a light, well-covered layer.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese to your liking. Generally 2 hand-fulls will suffice. Spread well throughout your pizza.

Cook for 7 minutes until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted.

Top with fresh basil and grated parmesan cheese.


Air Fryer Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

4 Chicken Thighs
2 Cloves garlic, pressed (or ¾ tsp garlic powder)
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Ground black pepper
2 tbsp Avocado Oil
1 tsp Paprika powder

Directions

Preheat your air fryer to 400° F

Use a paper towel to dry the chicken thighs.

Brush avocado oil on the chicken thighs.

Mix the garlic, salt, pepper and paprika powder in a bowl to create the seasoning.

Spread the seasoning on to the chicken, evenly covering each thigh.

Place the seasoned chicken thighs in your air fryer basket, creating a single layer and keeping them separate so they’re not touching. To cook more at the same time, you can use a rack to create a double layer, like these ones.

Air Fry for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is brown.

To make sure the chicken is thoroughly cooked, use a food thermometer like the one sold here. Insert the thermometer so the probe is at the center of the thigh piece. Once it’s fully cooked, the thermometer should read 165° F.
