Air Fryer Chicken Thighs
Preheat your air fryer to 400° F
Use a paper towel to dry the chicken thighs.
Brush avocado oil on the chicken thighs.
Mix the garlic, salt, pepper and paprika powder in a bowl to create the seasoning.
Spread the seasoning on to the chicken, evenly covering each thigh.
Place the seasoned chicken thighs in your air fryer basket, creating a single layer and keeping them separate so they’re not touching. To cook more at the same time, you can use a rack to create a double layer, like these ones.
Air Fry for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is brown.
To make sure the chicken is thoroughly cooked, use a food thermometer like the one sold here. Insert the thermometer so the probe is at the center of the thigh piece. Once it’s fully cooked, the thermometer should read 165° F.
